We introduce a brand new series entitled "Women in Business" and we welcome our 1st guest to the show, Sophia Sargent! She is the morning traffic reporter for 95.7- WZID in NH. We talk about her work in radio as well as her television work with NESN's "Dirty Water" program. In addition, she recently graduated college with a degree in Homeland Security.
We also went down a completely different path with Sophia. We talked about her anxiety and how she deals with that and she had some great advice for anyone suffering from anxiety.
